1. Ring chain’s structure and
manufacture is simpler, the connection with the hopper is very firm, when
conveying grinding material, the chain wear and tear is small, but the self weight
is big.
2. Plate chain structure is
relatively firm, self weight is lighter, which is suitable for a large handle
capacity of bucket elevator.
3. Belt structure is simple, but it
is not suitable for transporting big grinding material, ordinary rubber can
bear material with temperature less than 60 ℃, allowed material temperature of
steel wire can be up to 80 ℃,
allowed material temperature of heat-resisting rubber belt can be up to 120 ℃, allowed material temperature of the
ring chain, plate chain can be reach 250 ℃.
Bucket elevator is the most widely
used equipment in the production , correct understanding the bucket elevator
effect and knowledge, will attain the result with half effort, the most common
used bucket elevator type includes belt type (TD) and ring chain(TH ) .When
used for transporting bulk cement, deep type bucket is mostly used. Such as TD
type belt bucket elevator adopts centrifugal unloading or mixed discharge, which
is suitable for powdery and granular materials bulk density less than 1.5 t/m3.TH
ring chain bucket elevator adopts mixed or gravity discharge for conveying
powdery and granular materials with bulk density less than 1.5 t/m³.
